Don't know what to say other than it was two guys watching another guy on the phone saying how he messed up to some manager. They asked me to sit down and wait for twenty minutes so I could watch then I left.

Rip off. Royal Tire bought Jakes's tire, and now was purchased by ****'s Tire. 4 dismount, mount, balance charged me $208 on 18 inch wheels from ****** Legacy. I brought my own tires. After complaining about the price, they lowered the price to $150. I called Pro Tire, and ****** tire, the would have charged me $100 for all 4 tires dismount, mount and balance. I will never do any business with ****'s tire. You are getting screwed at that company.

I purchased tires for my SUV and I feel I was dismissed from the minute I walked into the shop. Waited 90min. for tires to be done and when they came and said car ready to go I had to wait another 10 minutes as guy at counter was chatting. Then had problems with one of tires and went back 3 days later and said nothing wrong with tire...clearly there is as vehicle pulls to right and it is not the alignment! And to add to all this they distorted all the Lugnuts and I have to get all new ones! Poor poor service! Will NEVER set foot in Royal tire again!!

Tom and his crew are spot on. I am from Wyoming here working but have been treated like a long time customer. From my perspective that is very appealing and important. If you need a professional courtesy experience my suggestion is go see Tom @ Royal Tire Duluth Mn.

I brought in two wheels that just had a slow leak on them, they didn't even give me a quote. And said , it'll be a couple hours. Well almost all day later after I kept checking in with them. They charged me $50 bucks to fix a slow leak..I'LL BE GOING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON..
