I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They were overly strict about their policies, going so far as to take my backpack without any reasonable explanation. The whole encounter left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. I love small businesses but not this one.

Very rude employees, yelling at customers for no reason. Would not recommend, unless you like being spoken to in a rude manner or you like being treated poorly or yelled at.

Love the idea of souvenirs, cute place but extremely off ladies. I think she spoke French. Very little English. Not exactly friendly. Great photo props outside. Prices are okay. Love the photo prop outside.

Worst place as a tourist or local that you can go to in Duluth. The store is ran by extremely rude people. The manager puts his hands on young women. Disgusting establishment all around. Save your money and find a small business that cares about the quality of their items and customers.

Souvenirs of poor quality. I bought a shirt here and after washing it carefully three times, the print already had cracks and was partially washed off

I purchased a pair of shorts that are a sweatshirt type of material on a Tuesday and wore them on Wednesday. The back of them were all pilled from one day of wear. I went back to the store the next day to either exchange for something else or a refund. The owner was very rude and said did you wear them and I said yes for one day and she said no exchange or return. I commented on how cheap the material must be to break down after one wearing and she said it's a soft material and that's what happens. They were $30 shorts and the quality is junk!! DO NOT PURCHASE CLOTHING HERE!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Many glass items were broke. They glared at our group the whole time. Absolutely rude staff. Dont count on them telling you accurate pricing. There was 1 person out of many that would actually help. I dont want to just hate so i will say this "its a cute place" but horribly laid out and jam packed. Its all stuff u can get anywhere and overpriced. The "you break it you buy" it is also a red flag. Businesses have insurance so said broken product can be credited for the business. And if YOU break it YOU buy it but it STAYS at the store. Not to mention all the glass is laid out pretty much where your going to break it because the aisles are so close together. Dont bring kids near the glass.

Husband was kicked out by owner. Asked if he was from Duluth and he said yes and was told he had leave because he was not a tourist.

Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t try anything on because they think you’re stealing and will ask to take your stuff and put it behind the counter. Wouldn’t recommend
