I am really frustrated with how great clips schedules. I want to see a specific stylist and I just want to make an appointment! Crystal cuts my hair so nicely but getting a haircut at great clips is like a 3 day-challenge for me trying to balance the wait times at the salon with my own schedule. It is so annoying and takes up so much of my brain space that I’m just going to go somewhere else. I am so sorry Crystal- you’re amazing!!!
Also, the lighting is terrible- interesting choice for a salon.
Parking is also often a huge inconvenience at this location.
I feel like all the employees are nice and skilled and I am so sorry to them for the bad review- the review is for the parking and for great clips’ lack of ability to schedule and easily request a specific stylist.
At a different great clips, I once waited 2 hours…and then the manager forced the stylist I was waiting for, to take the person right before me in line so I had to wait even longer unnecessarily.
Such a weird, impersonal way to run a salon.

I signed in with the app more than 2 hours later the app says I'm up so I leave my house in Proctor and get to the shop and they tell me I'm off the list because even though I have waited 2 hours for them I only have 15 min to get there!@ Dont go here if you don't want to get screwed!!! Worst customer service ever.

I wanted to put thought behind this review before I wrote it. This world has become full of hate and prejudice. I walked in to find a very nicely dressed man in drag named Tate. She was professional, and courteous to all. Turns out she cut my hair, and I was very pleased. I'm not much of a talker, so I hope that was not uncomfortable, but I would definitely go back to her again. Nicely done Tate!

Stylist: Crystal R has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I love it!! She is always so cheery and friendly and I always make sure I get to sit in her chair!!

Went there today to get the layers in my hair fixed. I ended up having 2 ladies work on my hair. And I respect that. It’s not that one was better than the other, one wasn’t sure what I wanted, the other understood. But they worked together, nobody was arrogant or belittling, they were kind, professional and comical… and I got the fix in my layers I desperately needed.Thank you ladies!

Great clips is great at making people look uglyI had 6 inches of hair upon arrivalI told my stylist that I want to get cleaned up and that I like having bangs to cover my foreheadMy stylist tells me they’ll cut 2inches off which I thought was kind of a lot but I knew it’d grow back so I went with it. By the time I left I had about 2 inches of hair total on the top of my head. This is not what I asked for. I don’t know how cutting off 2 inches turned into four and I’m never coming back
