I took my dog here to get his nails cut and they were amazingly fast. He always has a problem because of his big body on the little tables but the dog artist came into the lobby and cut his nails which I could tell made a huge difference in his experience. He was very happy afterwards

Has lovingly taken care of my springer for over fourteen years. Nail trims and baths/cuts. Never a problem with what they do and they welcome her in by name as if she's their own! I never worry when she's there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!❤

Me and my sister went in to have our dogs Koda and Hank to get their nails trimmed, Koda is a German shepherd/mastiff so she is pretty big, but she is not aggressive and is really good with getting her nails done. Hank is a German shepherd mix puppy. This was his first grooming experience. This was our first time bringing them here, so they were a little nervous. They asked if we would want them to go to the back or have them do it on the floor in the front. We said either one was fine. They then asked us to hold on to the dogs, and came out with the clippers. The dogs started to get antsy and were not sitting still. I will say our dogs were being difficult, but they weren’t being aggressive. Then the owner yelled at me and told me to control my dog, and to hold him. She is yanking on him and just handling him roughly. By this point me and my sister are done. We apologize for our dogs and say that usually they are better. The owner of the place then yelled “well they are being bad today!”. We then walked out without the nails finished being trimmed. My mom then called them. Heather, the other employee answered the phon. She apologized on behalf of the owner and said that the owner is usually like that, and that if it was her and her dogs she would be angry as well. So honestly don’t recommend this place ?

They do a great job clipping nails on my pups. He had an issue with nail chips and they worked with him, now no problem.

Great haircut, but all of four times I have had service here, they always forget to give me back my dogs leash, collar, or dog tags that are on the dog collar (I don’t even know why they take those off.) I also received a different dogs collar “Louie” as well, pretty sure this place would give out the wrong dogs as well, if owners didn’t catch that. Overall, I have lost two leashes forever and have been very inconvenienced by driving back to this groomers salon from wrong collars and forgetting to put tags back on collars…

I’ve brought our two doodles both big and small with unruly hair here twice now! I was greeted with a smile, and all of my questions were answered. They listened to the type of haircut I wanted and understood me perfectly. They are quick and compassionate. Thank you for your hard work and loving on our babies.

Do not bring your dog to these people. They hit my Collie and the picked my sisters dog up by the Collar. They also, hit my mother's dogs on the nose. They are abusive to our loved Pets. I will never back there. I will do it myself.
