Time and time again. When I order things and they use you guys my package always gets lost or stolen. Then you guys take over a week just to get me my replacement package. Y'all are a joke up here. Time and time again this has happened. And it's only up here that it happens here!!! Y'all need to get better at your dang job.

They are not open 24hrs, I was just there and the people who were working said it won’t open until 9am. According to the fedex they are open 24hrs. They need to figure out what the problem is.

Terrible service, two days in a row with no delivery of a very important package. Due to attempting to deliver but no one is home. Even though we have been home both days all day.

On the phone they seemed very interested in helping me with why my package was delivered empty. The package was re-sealed with the wrong tape and the delivery sticker was put on over the wrong tape. Time stamped delivered at 5:49 on 4/4, but I opened the box at 1:30. There is always a time stamp printed on small sticker.Can't really say driver took contents but someone along the line did. $421 item.We'll see what they do

There was no response to my email (see below).A surprise unexplained extra charge on the shipping rate is not acceptable.4/6/2021 EMAIL:FedEx Customer Service,I accurately measured the package noted for L x W x H and I posted the package as 25lbs of weight (it was actually 23lbs, but I rounded up to ensure any scale fluctuations).Your rate change states no details of why the rate is higher than what was quoted from the fedex website. I kindly ask for the details and reasoning of why there is a rate increase?Please respond in 24 hours of this email, as I believe there should be no additional charge for my services.I will reattempt with additional emails/etc. for resolution in 2 days if this matter is not resolved. Had to press the service button to get anyone to the counter but they came quickly once I figured that out and they took my package promptly, setting me up with tracking.
