Time and time again. When I order things and they use you guys my package always gets lost or stolen. Then you guys take over a week just to get me my replacement package. Y'all are a joke up here. They are not open 24hrs, I was just there and the people who were working said it won’t open until 9am. According to the fedex they are open 24hrs. They need to figure out what the problem is.

Terrible service, two days in a row with no delivery of a very important package. Due to attempting to deliver but no one is home. Even though we have been home both days all day.
