My husband and I did some late Christmas shopping at the Miller Hill Mall and decided to stay the night last minute. Fairfield Inn was wonderful to work with. Molly at the front desk was so professional, kind and helpful and she helped secure one of the last rooms left. The room was very clean, super comfy bed and the best pillows, a huge shower and a top notch continental breakfast. We will stay here next year for sure. Thank you for making our stay in Duluth a fun, holiday weekend!

Updated, modern rooms with a great breakfast. My only complaint was this was a hockey party hotel. After an hour of pounding screaming running yelling, we called down to the front desk at 10:30 at night and we were basically told there are two hockey teams there and I guess I’ll have to tell them to quiet down. We put earplugs in and tried to call it a night.Rooms: Updated and modern with multiple USB plug ins

I had a great check in by staff. They offered to refresh my room, during my week long stay. Overall atmosphere is really good. Bed great, TV great, shower is hot. Only thing was the coffee, only decaf was in the room...but thats nothing. Clean, comfortable and quiet,

Very unusual welcome from the desk clerk. "Happy belated birthday!" Apparently he and I share the same day, albeit by over 50 years separation.The hotel was right where I needed one and the room was comfortable. The breakfast section was adequate but I ate sparingly. The coffee was good.

Great, new place to lay your head. Family of five stayed here one night and were placed into Suite 217 (two queen beds + sofa bed). The room was very spacious and clean.Kids used the pool, and though small, was in good condition.The complimentary breakfast was very good and had decent options.The service at the front desk was friendly.

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral but this location was great. Everything was clean, comfortable & very environmentally friendly. the staff was also very friendly and kind. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options from gluten free & items that were easy to grab & go. Location was nice because it was near a lot of stores & had everything we needed. If we are ever in Duluth again, I would stay here!

It's not by the water, but it's easy to get to. Staff was so upbeat and friendly! Great breakfast, beautiful room. Thank you for making our 35th anniversary so pleasant!

Nice chill place with super friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty solid and left me ready to face the day. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Duluth.

I stayed at this hotel last night and it’s a wonderful hotel. Connor was excellent at the front desk and helped with all of my questions. This is my new favorite hotel in Duluth!

My boyfriend and I stayed there last month. We aren’t from Duluth so we were calling around to make sure the hotel we booked was 18+ (we are 19 and 20). We called this hotel in particular and they said over the phone they were 18+, so we booked it. Only to find out when we arrived that they were in fact 21+. They did take the fault and made the exception for us. As that was nice, my boyfriend was double charged for our stay. We ended up getting a refund but then got recharged almost a month later. We can’t seem to get ahold of the CEO we were in contact with a few weeks ago. Taking advantage of young people is dirty. Will never be staying at any Fairfield for that matter again.
