Just moved to town & this place has been so welcoming. Instructors are amazing, provide such a positive, judgment free environment. Spin class kicks my butt and yoga is so peaceful. Also very reasonably priced. Will be attending regularly!

I love the place and the power flow lesson. It has really nice aura. My first class was with Katrina, it such an welcoming place!
