The layout and parking ramp are very convenient. Take one elevator from the ramp to the clinic and one elevator to the Doctor's office.

Don’t ever see MD, Timothy Morton. I’ve been seeing him for about 6 months for pain treatment, and not one thing he has suggested has helped. Instead he just tells me what he thinks might be the issue, rather than actually pinpointing it. I have been suffering as a result of this. Doctor Morton either doesn’t know what he’s talking about, or is just wasting time purposely for financial reasons. I don’t believe he genuinely wants to help me. Once again, go somewhere else for pain management.

Don’t go here unless you are dying. They will run expensive tests without giving you any other options. Schedule multiply office visits where they don’t do anything except waste your time. All for simple issues, just to bill you for it and drive profits.

*Patients Beware*Application process is extremely cold. It’s all animated and there is no one to reach out to when the computer fails.It didn’t seem to matter my credentials, just if I was fast enough to set up an interview when they mass text times available to everyone who applied.Essentia has stood me up for 2 interviews this week. When I email the office, I get a “position filled” auto reply.They obviously don’t care about the human side of their hires, and that should scare their patients.

Just like many people that have commented here. I wish we could give a zero. I went to get an IUD replaced and the person performing the procedure didn't seem to know what they're doing. In a quick recap (since I'm tired of explaining over and over again). She took it out, it hurt terribly... she mentioned she had snipped me and that I might bleed a bit.. which I haven't stopped bleeding for over a month. Haha She then reached out a couple of days later saying there were probably pieces left inside of me and I needed and ultrasound. I asked who would pay for the ultrasound since this wasn't my fault and something that could be avoided in the same day. They all talked to me like robots saying that wasn't heir problem and that I'd have to deal with my insurance. Thank you Essentia. My stomach aches haven't stopped since then. I now have to find an actual doctor that might be able to fix this. How can you have people like this working for you. Robot employees that could care less about anyone.

Beware, they will bill you for whatever they want. Change your visit so you are billed more. Not use your phyical you have yearly. Never tell you going outside covered service. Just strap a bill to you and hope it sticks. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Good ole USA medical system for ya. Stack profits!!

The Militant feel has to go. Stop with all the rules and regulations. On a positive note the staff are pretty cool, doctors and nurses are the best. I will go back. It is this military environment I can do without. Enough with all the psy ops this is America. Have you all woken up yet?

Went ahead and scheduled me just to cancel because the neurologist went on vacation. They knew this when they scheduled me. Now gotta wait until may. Part of my brain is literally ceasing function and needs immediate intervention but sure. This is acceptable. At least the medical neglect lawsuit will be nice.
