We got a super last minute reservation during a weekend in July and were so excited to stay!! We loved everything, location is perfect, check in/checkout is easy & parking is great too. So many fun places to shop, eat & drink at in a walking distance and of course close to Canal if you’re a true tourist lol. My only “complaint” is the dog fee. $99 seems a little steep for our very chill pup! Happy to have a getaway though, we’ll be back! ❤️

Excellent location and very well appointed and comfortable room. Easy in and out. Just the right amount of kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed and even a washer/dryer! And we loved the extra touches like a sound machine next to the bed and all our favorite streaming services on the TV.
Rooms: The room was very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and then some
Nearby activities: We enjoyed the coffee shop on the first floor and the food truck and live music across the street
Walkability: We walked to dinner and ice cream. And also enjoyed sitting outside across the street and listening to live music.
Food & drinks: Coffee on the first floor was great and we walked to two restaurants for dinner that were excellent

I loved my stay at the Enger Lofts. It was like I was staying in awesome apartment of a far-cooler friend. The convenience was excellent--great coffee shop downstairs, fun breweries in walking distance, great yoga studio right across the way. Loved it. Will be back.

My partner and I stayed at the Enger Lofts for a long weekend after running the Grandma's Marathon. It was the perfect location, close to the downtown and lots of little shops and restaurants in the area to choose from. The unit was small, but clean and sufficient for what we were looking for. The property managers were also very communicative, which we really appreciated. We also really appreciated that we could log into our own streaming services on the tv, as we did much relaxing after the marathon. The property was also very accommodating for our pup, so she had a great time too! The only downside in my opinion was the price, but we did go during one of the busiest times of the year.

Excellent! Immaculate room and exceptional customer service. I loved the coffee shop and marketplace downstairs, and they were so kind and communicated so well.

We were there for the Bentiversary celebration at Bent Paddle. Loved the apartment. It was excellently furnished. Nice hillside view. Check in/out was easy. Parking was right there. Very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and will stay again.
Nearby activities: Shopping, restaurants, brew pubs & cideries were all in walking distance.
Walkability: We walked all over the area.

Our stay here was lovely. The loft was immaculate and had everything we needed, but I mostly want to note the above & beyond customer service we received after forgetting some irreplaceable beadwork and regalia in the closet of our room in our rush to get out of town quickly in order to avoid some incoming extreme weather. Enger Lofts proactively texted me (like within an hour) about the items left behind and arranged for expedited shipment back to me, since we couldn't turn around with the scary travel conditions but needed the items for a pow wow the next weekend. The person I communicated with was so pleasant and accommodating, and I really appreciate the effort staff undertook during a major winter storm no less to get our belongings back to us safely. I can not recommend Enger Lofts more highly for both the beautiful room and the incredible & kind service we received after our stay. I will stay here every time I visit Duluth.

I cannot say enough about the Enger Lofts. I travel frequently around the country for my work and I always love coming to stay at this amazing hotel. The staff that manage the units are absolutely incredible! They are so pleasant to work with and are always going above and beyond expectations to make sure your stay is welcoming and enjoyable. I will no longer stay at any other hotels in Duluth when I travel there now- such a great experience. Thank you to the incredible staff who are always going the extra mile.

Really beautiful place, felt so clean and I didn’t feel uncomfortable when sleeping on the bed! Cute view and felt like our own little apartment. Highly recommend this place especially since it’s comparable to price for hotels on canal park that definitely don’t come to close to the expectations this place set.

Beautiful loft in the heart of trendy West Duluth! We very much enjoyed the quiet loft, cozy bed, and walkability of the neighborhood for our recent stay in Duluth. The coffee shop downstairs was an unexpected bonus!

Wonderful loft, great location, lovely building. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay!
Rooms: Very clean, updated room.
Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Bent Paddle next door was sure nice.
