Regarding the quality of work, Elite Tinting & Graphics did a great job with the CITY Laundering exterior building signage. Unfortunately, they outsource the signage creation and installation, so it's difficult to stay in contact or avoid extensive delays and lapses in communication. I recommend them for quality of work, but bring your patience if you decide to do a large project such as exterior building signage. I think a lot of the delay was out of their control, but again, I wish we knew they just outsourced the work… it would have helped in understanding the delays earlier on and could have avoided much of the frustration. I also recommend taking plenty of before photos of your building and surrounding areas before installation because if any damage occurs from the install, the install team will deny and request irrefutable live video evidence of the damage happening, which is harder to gather after the fact.However, I do think they are decent people that do good work, we unfortunately just didn't have a great experience.

Walked in after a referral from another county trying to order signs and stickers, plus set up an appointment for revamping our police vehicles. The girl that was there to eventually help me didn’t have any answers and then passed me off to a young man that was not helpful and made me feel uncomfortable and an unwanted inconvenience. Only to hear them in the back laughing and talking about personal things together…. Walked out.

Jack and the team at elite tinting and graphics came through for us with a last-minute end-of-the-week project before a holiday weekend. Everyone else turned us away but these guys got it done! Custom decals turned out great, high quality materials, fast communication and friendly staff. Easy recommendation.

Dropped off a snowmobile hood for a wrap job early April 2023. After chatting and picking out the color, the guy (Jack) said 2 weeks. Called a month later to check, Jack says he hasn't even ordered the material yet!!??I picked up the untouched hood that was tossed into the back room, no Jack to be found.Jack calls a few hours later to wonder what's going on, says to bring it back in AUGUST! He "should" be able to get to it.Found a guy who painted it in 2 days! Looks great!I was planning to have them tint my truck, but didn't want it to sit there for months until they decided to do it.Seems they only want to do overpriced quick, easy sticker and tint jobs.I'm sure there will be a standard "response" of how professional this place is or blah blah blah but this was my experience.Update: Wow what a quick response of "not my fault" excuses. As Ricky would say "Lucy, you sure did lots of 'splainen". Yes I did say at first I was in no hurry, but Jack told me he'd have it DONE in 2 weeks. He wasn't true to his word and no one attempted contacting me about any circumstances.

I needed some snowmobile registration numbers quickly so that I could legally ride over the holidays. I requested them around 11am and they had them done by 1:30pm. I emailed back and forth with Jack and picked them up for a reasonable price. They looked great and the ease of ordering and picking up was fantastic. Great customer service, great product, I will be a repeat customer in the future, garunteed!

I had a graphic printed and applyed. The work was beautiful. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to detail the whole bike afterwards. I could not be happier, and they came in under the cost quote. I highly recommend giving them a try

Update: Again super helpful in getting our logo on our van! They responded so quickly and got us booked right away!I contacted Elite Tinting & Graphics to have our logo put on our business van. They responded promptly and professionally. They accommodated exactly what we wanted on the van and gave us a great price! They completed the work in less than a day! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done!

New ownership now has better prices, no more overcharged cash only for certain levels of tint. I booked an appointment in under a week from the phone call for 2 front windows to match the factory tint. Dropped of my car via drop box before work. They called me when they started my appointment to inform me my rear windows were tinted by the previous owner down to 1%. I had no idea! We discussed options for the front level of tint before they started. Was very satisfied with the level of customer service, quality of installation, and pricing for the top tier tint film. Will recommend to anyone looking for tint in the twin ports! Thanks Elite!!
