The apartment I found with Edmunds Company Real Estate made me feel like I was home from the moment I walked in. The apartment building is secure, well maintained, clean and welcoming. There are laundry facilities, garages and indoor storage rooms and an on-site maintenance man. I have been greeted warmly from the first time I spoke with Liz, the building manager. I'm so glad I found this place.

We used Missy Winkler while buying our first home, she is fantastic! She made one of the most stressful choices in your life feel relaxing and calming. She very knowledgeable about the current market in the area and made us feel like we were her only priority (even though she was very busy). She was very fun to work with and was always ready. Absolutely amazing! I am so happy we went with what everyone told us to do - go with Casey. During our final walk through we discovered the sellers switched out the appliances with old or cheap ones, but Casey was there. Not only did she write the contract to ensure this wouldn’t legally happen (many do not think to include that in the contract), but she worked incredibly hard to ensure they were moved back in. We are so glad she was on our side and not the sellers.She is very personable, fun to work with, and knows the market and offerings in Duluth. Her team is great and are always ready to help. Listen to this advice - go with Casey!

My wife and I worked with Rod Graf to find our first home. We picked him because he spoke at a first time home buyers class we were at. He was always available for questions, showings, and support. We never felt pressured by him, and after each showing that ended with that "blah" feeling, he assured us that the right house will pop up. Rod's previous experience in the trades made us feel like we had more than just a typical realtor. He was able to easily point out good structural qualities of a home, as well as the bad. We will definitely use Rod for any future real estate needs.
