Do not buy Eddie Bauer products. I received a jacket for Christmas and in less than a year the zipper broke. I sent it into the company and they refused to fix or replace it claiming that it was over a year old when I had it for about 11 months and sent it in less than a year from when I got it. Lack of quality on their products and they don't back their stuff.

Despite Eddie Bauer changing their product warranty from lifetime to one year, I still am an EB fan regardless. Their coats are warmer than equivalently prices coats from other brands, and the build quality is much better than competitors.Staff is very helpful, but over worked. They need more staff to help the amount of customers who visit daily.

Someone immediately noticed I was looking at jackets and escorted me to the perfect one for my body type. Bank card wouldn't work for several minutes but the woman behind the counter was perfectly patient and struck up friendly conversation. Great employees.
