The staff are very compassionate, they truly do everything possible to ensure your pets health is excellent. I have been bringing my little girl here since I rescued her 4 yrs ago and will never go anywhere else.

I'm from a little over an hour away from Duluth. I wasn't able to get an appointment with any of the vets in my area. My kitty was extremely sick and so I made the trip to Waters Edge and they got my cat in immediately. Had to pay upfront which they informed me of on the phone so there was no surprises there. My cat would have died if it wasn't for these people. They were calm when I was not at all! It was very expensive and I did have to pay for the surgery up front but they also told me of an alternative place I could bring her that did payment plans. They were all very compassionate and caring of both my kitty and me. My baby is alive and well and if not for Dr. Pop she would not have made it.

Duluth Veterinary Hospital has been absolutely amazing with the care of my cats. I took my cat here and unfortunately his health declined quickly since he had cancer, but the vets and front desk staff here were very compassionate throughout the whole process. Once my cat was an established patient, anytime an emergency arose with his health they could usually get him in that day or the next. I would highly recommend you bring your pets here! I believe the wait times are still longer to establish new pets as clients, which is common for most veterinary clinics at this time. But once you get through your initial appointment, my experience is they're readily available to help your pet in emergencies during their business hours. Highly recommend! I'm happy my other cat is going here for her healthcare needs.

I have been taking my fur babies to Duluth Veterinary Hospital for the last 20-25 years. I love the vets, however I am leaving this care facility due to the rudeness of the phone staff, specifically Jody. There are only so many times you can be treated poorly and still stay with a business. I tried to communicate the issue via email and was completely ignored. Someone else will give my pets the love and attention they deserve.

Called to set up an appointment and was given the run around. Was told that they don't have any availability until April, then said that I couldn't schedule an appointment, then maybe call back in a month. Recommend just trying another clinic because it sounds like they don't even have time for their own clients.

I've taken my two dogs, cat, and parrot in for treatment over the past few years, and find all of the veterinarians to be highly competent, willing to take the time to get a good history, and would recommend any of the vets to someone new to the area. Dr. Prosecky is particularly competent to care for parrots, quite knowledgeable, and handled my parrot with gentleness and confidence and I was very pleased with her care. Prices are higher than I'm used to, having lived for many years on the Iron Range.

Everyone at Duluth Veterinary Hospital seems to truly care about your animal. The veterinarians are top notch and know their business. The best veterinary hospital we have found in Duluth.
