John was helpful with assisting me in finding appropriate shoes for pickleball and directing me to the right size. He provided options and made sure I was comfortable with the choice. Very professional as he was also working with other customers and was managing to provide assistance while also letting customers take time to decide about the purchase. A perfect salesperson in my opinion.

My son used his Gobble Gallop $20/off card on a new pair of Hoka Running Shoes. The person helping us was knowledgable and friendly. I enjoy the races that Duluth Running Company puts on throughout the year. They are more than a business in the community, they have formed a more healthy community!

You don’t have to be a “runner” to enjoy this shop. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ll ask questions and check your gait to get you in the best shoes for your needs.

AMAZING customer service from both the owner and every staff member I've encountered on multiple visits. Kind, professional, knowledgeable... The store itself is always clean and well organized. Their involvement with local races is top notch as well. I rely on Amazon for a lot of things in my daily life, but now that I've found DRC they are my go-to for running gear. Thank you Eric and staff for all you do!

One day my husband comes home and announces to our family if anyone wanted or needed running shoes he was buying at Duluth Running Co. He was so excited about their great customer service that he wanted to support their business. This started me running almost a decade ago and has been our running outfitter ever since.

Brought my 7th grade daughter there to get outfitted for cross country. She is a competitive multi-sport athlete but just going out for CC this year and we had no idea what to look for. Both the employees were extremely helpful, informative and got us set up with shoes and enough information to get us through the season!
