It only took one phone call and one office visit to convert me to a DIA client.
At 74 YO I was looking for auto insurance that would provide the coverage I need at a price that would significantly reduce the heavily staffed office model that I had supported at "FI" for the last 15 years.
How does a $300 savings over the previous year sound?
DIA did the research for me on the same day that I visited and clearly described my options via a detailed email summary and phone conversation on the very next day.
The decision was easy after I got over my "too good to be true?" skepticism and triple checked the accuracy of the new quote. Wow. An actual savings with only a slightly higher decuctible and no strain, confusion or anxiety on my part.
