Duluth RAM dealership is the best service experience I have had in decades!!
My right front hub was falling off, they took it in immediately, worked on repairing (replacing) the hub and rotors/brakes as well as the brake caliber. They took me to get lunch, kept my coffee cup full, and kept me informed as to status of of my truck. I’m tempted to drive the 298 mile round trip just to have my truck serviced there!!!

Got a new key fob for my old Dodge. Great service, everyone was friendly, nobody left me on my own to figure it out - everyone took care to make sure I had the right person to talk to. Service was excellent and faster than quoted. If Dodge ever brings back the Magnum, this is where I'll go to buy a new car.

Strive took 6 days due to sick and shortage of service mechanics. Would have been a lot worse if it were not for the service rep that kept me informed as the days ticked by.

The entire process of buying a RAM truck at Duluth Dodge was a pleasant experience. We needed a truck to pull our camper. Max found us this 2022 Laramie that will not only pull our camper efficiently, it’s also very comfortable.
