A complete and total package deal that will bring your needs to its knees put it this way if they were serving apple pie with ice cream I would have one comfortable belly and one satisfied feeling . I have worked with DTC for many years, personally, with my Mac, and professionally. I have always been impressed with their service. The technicians are skilled, easy to talk with, explain things so you can understand and have been great to work with all the way around. I highly recommend them.

$150 upfront bench fee and associate promised to look at it first thing in the morning and give me a call... No call in the morning, had to call them and then, out on hold for 5 minutes only to be told the tech had left for the day and had not looked at the laptop. I went back and picked up computer and got a refund, laptop still broke and now I am a day later... front desk employee had no idea about the issue or the reason why I was back and didn't seem to care... would not recommend.

Andrew is great! He has gone above and beyond to help me whenever I've called and my computer is "in trouble" and I have no idea what to do. I'm so grateful to him for his knowledge, skills, helpfulness, and caring.

Whether it was the customer service or the quality of work, the team and staff here at downtown computer were beyond what i expected. I presented the problem and what i have tried to do to fix an issue with my personal computer, the staff (George) took it and ran with it. It did take a little longer than expected but that was not at the hand of them. All in all i can use my personal computer without any bios issues or any issues in general. AND they were able to keep all my personal files which is just a little add on that i appreciate greatly. 10/10 recommend downtown computer for any computer troubleshooting needs.

We were having trouble with our estimating program at our collision repair shop for quite some time. The program we use is heart of our business and for the longest time we talked with multiple people trying to help with no real solution to our problem. I was loosing hope. Downtown Computer was our saving grace . I would like to thank their technician Andrew especially who did everything in his power to fix our problems. He worked direct with our database tech support and internet provider to figure this out and he kept me well informed when nobody else did calling almost daily to see if things were improving. That's exceptional service that is hard to find! Downtown Computer 5 stars in my book!

I am so thrilled with Downtown Computer!I have worked with them for many years (10+) to take care of my personal and business computers and trust them completely. From a severely disabling computer hack, to purchasing 2 new laptops, a new desktop, extra monitor, docking station, updated software programs, and simply jumping in remotely to my computers to deal with a Malware issue or three, Jane Saylor is absolutely THE best!! I wouldn't trust anyone else.Sincerely, Jane has continually gone above and beyond to make sure my business system and files are secure, that I have enough storage to maintain files worth 6 figures, to make sure I have solid, durable equipment that holds up to heavy use and travel, and can rescue our systems immediately in an emergency. The woman has PATIENCE and is MUCH smarter than the 'average bear'!I never have concerns about their access to my files, and they're WELL worth the 75-mile drive I make when I need something taken care of in person. Their prices are competitive - sometimes BETTER - than any competition out there. There has never, ever been an issue they can't take care of, and I've never had any service from them that I would have rated under 5-stars! I'll never go anywhere else - especially with Jane Saylor on board. (The guys are pretty stellar, too! :-) )

The guy behind the counter should NEVER interact with the public. We got there at 4:30. They close at 5:30. There wasn't one moment I didn't feel like I wasn't holding him up. $150 up front to LOOK at the laptop with no guarantee it could be fixed. Obviously, they are marketing business customers and not individuals or little people problems.

Went in for help replacing my PSU. Was told it should be around 30-45 minutes. Job ended up taking 90 min (20 min of which the tech spent arguing with colleagues or taking a call for another job), but I was still charged $220 ($150/hr) for the work. And when I got home, I discovered that the fans on my case hadn't been connected and aren't running.TLDR: Was overcharged for a job that took twice as long and wasn't completed.

Jane gave me an estimate and time frame for replacing two fans and reapplying thermal paste to my four year old gaming laptop. Her estimate was spot on and the laptop is running like new.
