Well, on august 29th, 2023. I had enter in search of a small battery for my car key. I had ask a staff member to direct me to the correct aisle. She was a much older lady and had replied with an unprofessional tone stating, “We don’t carry those kind of batteries.” And walked off. I strongly recommend to improve or correct this kind of behavior. Oh, btw, I did find the CR 2016 batteries I was looking; however do to poor service. I will take my business somewhere else.

My roommate and I call it "The $12.50 Store" (was "The $10 Store") because we can never seem to be able to peel ourselves away from it without buying at least 10 items.

They really need some help here, the customer service was wonderful, but the store was an absolute mess. Nothing was in the right place, only 1 cashier with no change, and the when I did finally find what I came in for....all 7 (mini fairy string lights) had been emptied out and put back on the shelf. I'm glad I checked cuz I woulda bought 7 empty plastic boxes!

I love Dollar Tree, however, their hours changed almost a month ago and they have yet to update their online information. It would have been nice to have known before I made the trip.
