I scheduled an appointment on Mon. 5/30/22 to get a 02 sensor replaced. She said they could get me in on Fri. 6/03/22. I brought my van in at 9:30 am I got a call at 4:00pm to pick it up. She told me that they didn't have time to fix it. She told me that it was a 02 sensor. I told her that when I set up the appointment! I would not recommend this shop! -5 stars!

My van showed a code for a bad 02 sensor. I called Dierycks on Mon. 5/30/22 and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. They scheduled it for Fri. 6/03/22. I dropped my van off at 9:30 am. They called me at 4:00 pm to pick it up. She told me that they didn't have time to fix it. Then she told me that it was a 02 sensor. I told her that on Monday when I scheduled the **** appointment. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I actually think they deserve a -5 star review.

I was referred here by a long time customer, I just want to say I would much rather bring any of my vehicles to these guys than many other shops out there. They are extremely friendly honest people who deserve more than 5 stars. If your looking to bring your vehicle in somewhere for an honest opinion and labor charge then this is the place. Highly recommend!

Dieryck's is a small private family business and I refuse to take my car anywhere else even if it's just an oil change. They are the most honest people in the business. They will tell you if your car actually needs the repair or if you can wait it out a bit. They are usually pretty quick to get you in. They also don't charge those ridiculous prices that other auto shops charge, especially dealerships. All and all my one and only place I go even though I don't live in Duluth anymore and I have to drive 50 minutes to get to them. That's right, they're that good!
