I have a physician issues handicapped parking sticker and parked in the handicapped space to visit a neighboring business. The staff at this business reached out to the owner of the other business to tell him that according to them I was not handicapped and I should not park in that space. I understand the intent to keep the space available for those who need it. But those who qualify, qualify. The City of Duluth has an application process to get another handicapped parking sign. Maybe try that instead of telling handicapped people that they aren't handicapped enough to use the only handicapped space in the lot. 0/100 will never shop here.

They were very good and accommodating. The shoes are really nice and have many great styles that most other places don't have. Most diabetic shoes are outdated and made for the older generation. As a nurse the last thing I want is a pair of MaryJanes to wear to work. I was able to get a pair of waterproof hiking shoes that are comfortable, and fit my active work life. My feet dont get wet during showers, and they don't ache unless I work long hours. Thank You Diabetic and Comfort Shoes.

Very poor service and poor quality shoes. Shoes were measured wrong causing a severe injury that led to an infection and amputation. Avoid this place.

I entered the store a couple years ago and asked if they had any shoes that would help with plantars fasciitis. the woman looked at me turned her nose up and said No! now they advertise on TV like they are specialists. my guess is they know nothing and just realized how many customers they were turning away instead of helping. now they just want to make that money just my opinion I'll never step foot in there again I was so rudely treated

Great shoes. Great service! I have plantar fasciitis and pain in the ball of my foot. I'm on my feet all day, but my feet can handle it because of the shoes and support from here.

Love this store! They sell Vionic shoes and sandals. These sandals have saved my feet!!
