When we picked up Bug he was so happy. Unlike other kennels, he went to the owner to say goodbye between greeting us and leaving. I would recommend!

I am really not sure about issues a few others had but we just had our 8 year lab and 4 month old puppy there for 12 days. They both seemed in great spirts. The owner Dale was very friendly and had great feedback on both our dogs. I was a little skeptical after a few of the reviews but there fees are great and we were very happy with them and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Brought my two dogs here for 4 days, when we picked them up my one dog was yelping and crying couldn’t figure out why till we took his harness off and the harness had imbedded itself into my dogs skin there was blood all over his harness. When we made the owner aware of this he said “well you didn’t tell me to take his harness off” if I could give zero stars I would. My other dogs was very skiddish when he brought her out and we also seen were her harness had begun to embed into her armpit region.

Would give zero stars if possible. My dog was covered in pee and smelled awful. We had the same amount of food leftover as when we brought it. So I’m assuming they didn’t feed my dog and made her pee on herself in the kennel. Terrible. Do not bring your dog here.

On 4/26/2018 the Superior Refinery fire forced our evacuation. I had to find a place for our Dogs. I contacted Deloia Kennels to see if they had room, which they did. I was unable to get my dogs there by their closing, but they waited for us. When I picked up my dogs the next morning, the owner refused to take my payment and instead just said "I'm glad your okay and we were able to help you out." I have used other kennels in the area but will only use Deloia Kennels from know on. Thank you Deloia Kennels.

Ive been taking Zak, my standard poodle, to Deloia Kennels for over 5 years ; 4-6 times annually. He likes to visit the dogs and has a good time. Highly recommended.

Took my pet here a few years back and will never do it again. They don't let the dogs out to use the bathroom but instead expect them to relieve themselves at the end of the kennel that's still enclosed. That's what the teen boy working there told me anyway. My dog won't relieve himself that way. As a consequence, he didn't pee all weekend and urinated all over the place when we came to pick him up. That's an awful way to treat dogs you are kenneling....and LAZY and irresponsible. I hope they've changed the way they do things. Unacceptable. Not the kind of care you'd expect from a kennel. I came looking for another place and saw that they had a 5 star rating. Thought I'd better share my experience. This was several years ago. If you plan on taking your dog there, please call to confirm that they do in fact let dogs our for regular potty breaks.
