I ordered 162 cupcakes from the bakery in a variety of flavors for my daughter’s wedding. The customer service was excellent. Katie explained the ordering process and all of the options in detail. She was very helpful. The pricing was great and the cupcakes were a hit. So delicious. Would definitely recommend cub foods bakery.

Store is trash, as well as the other customers are really impolite. Not coming back here again. Expect that type of service from Cub Foods.

We drove 150 miles to buy crab legs when they were on sale. Horrible! I'll never return.

The prices are a tiny bit higher than other stores, but the variety cannot be beat and the wide well lit aisles are great.

Called to check about an item i had bought there that was not appearing in their ordering system or instacart. Wondering if maybe they called it something else or didnt offer it for the service. Which is a yes or no answer i would think and would be no problem. I got an employee who must of had a bad day but extremely rude and put me on hold for 30 minutes with other employees picking up 3 times asking if I'd been helped yet. I was not ended up hanging up .I'm a DM at a grocery store and this was a very jarring experience.

The fruit fly capital of the world is in the doughnut case here in this store. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FILLED PASTRIES, SO YOU DON'T EAT ANY FRUIT FLIES. NASTY. I can't imagine what it's like where we can't see.

What I love about this place is the Persian style of chicken kabobs! The beef kabobs are tasty and well marinated as well!

Their online shopping is a joke. Most of the prices in the store don't even match what you see in the app. In my case, I tried to use their "Spend $30 on dairy products, get $10 back" promotion. Everything looked good on the Internet, I was a couple of bucks over $30. But when I got to the store, the receipt said $29.84, so I got nothing back. The manager of the online department was less than helpful, telling me point blank "I am not giving you $10 back" and refusing to accept a return. I will know better next time than shop in Cub.
