“I want to share how helpful the woman who helped me at 245pm on 3/21/2024 was. Unfortunately I had lost my physical driver's license a week ago in TN while driving home to KS from a vacation. Because of this the day prior to my trip here to Duluth I had to get a replacement Driver's license so I could get my rental. Interestingly enough, KS mails you the replacement license but gives you a black and white printed temporary license. The woman working the desk had never seen this before and was rightfully skeptical. She took the time to call multiple places and people to verify everything painstakingly and make sure to get me the car. I am greatful for her extra work and her excellent customer service demeanor while doing it. I don't know her name but I'm sure the organization can figure out who it was.”
“They didn't have my car I ordered but they got me another and then they didn't realize the car didn't have sirus xm but they gave me my money back for it. But overall everyone was very helpful.”

“I rented an SUV for 3 weeks. Due to the extended time period, I chose to waive the daily insurance offered by Budget. During my final week with the SUV, a rock hit and cracked my windshield. I contacted the agent I had when picking up the vehicle to explain and inquire what to do next. Linda R. was super helpful in completely explaining what needed to be done, and to not worry now and enjoy the rest of my trip. Upon return of the vehicle, Linda and her manager, Ann, were so very professional and caring about my situation. Thanks to their suggestions, I was able to get reimbursed for the windshield I paid out of pocket to replace. I am very impressed with the professionalism and service rendered at this Budget location. I will never EVER choose a different rental company in Duluth. Budget has my business every single time I need a rental in Duluth......”

“Just completed a great experience with Acar Rental in Duluth. So appreciated the personal service, the flexible accommodation, and especially, the economical rates when all of the major rental companies were at least twice the price due to an event weekend. Do not be put off by the simple, plain entryway to the Duluth office because the rental cars are every bit as clean, well appointed, and in excellent condition as any from a major rental company. I will definitely be contacting Acar again the next time I need a rental car in Duluth.”
