whoever y'all got answering your phones super sucks. i thibk hes a manager actually, ive argued with him a few times. totally vague, wont say what day parts will come, which EVERY OTHER TECH at any auto parts store will. ive practically cussed him out once or twice. dude needs to shape up.super rude and unhelpful. like i said, very vsgue but also really smug and often wrong. after i shout at him he gets a lil better each time.
just said " thanks have a good day" and he goes "yeah." and hangs up.
boooo guy. you suck at your job. go work under a car or soemthing youre literally a customer service guy. or just dont answer the phone.
Autozone is ALWAYS the last place i call now cause ofthis guy, even if i have to pay more. everyone else that works here is always super knowledgable and polite though ...

Hands down, the best place to get parts anywhere. Duluth, Central Entrance, Auto Zone has what you'll need, they have an expert, in-house mechanic who knows his stuff and a hub in Superior. If you want the right parts, great people, quick service and expert knowledge, this is THE parts store in Duluth. Don't waste half a day with the amateurs. Go where the professionals go, and where they have a pro of their own.

Helpful employees by accepting recycling used oil which helps keep our environment sustainable as a part of good customer service as well .

I come to this AutoZone quite a bit as it's the closest autoparts store to my house. I find that they usually always have the parts I need at this one and if not, typically I can get them the next day. Staff are fine and fairly knowledgable as long as you aren't looking for anything super specific or complicated. I found prices are fairly competitive.

The manager is about as unhelpful as they come.I witnessed her treat a nice man trying to replace his crankshaft position sensor (that he just bought from them) like a trespasser in the parking lot and gave him a 1/2 hour to get the car running or it would be towed. He happened to be black. Maybe that influenced her behavior? Maybe it was racism. I don't know, but she had no compassion whatsoever. You should be helping someone get the right part to solve their problem! When I was helping him try to bolt the new sensor in, it was apparent the bolt would not thread into the mount hole. I asked a nice guy who worked there if he could look up the illustration of the sensor to determine what size bolt was supposed to be used, and all of a sudden this woman buts in and says he can't look that up. I asked for the manager, and she said she IS the manager with attitude. Then, her other employee who must be her main bird dog joins in and says if he doesn't have the car done in 30 minutes, it will be towed.I helped him get the car pushed across the street to Advance Auto to finish the job. I know the people there to be competent and helpful. We finally got him back on the road no thanks to AutoZone.

Part stores tend to get a bad rap, and a lot of times I can see it, but this one tends to employee some pretty knowledgable folks. They've come through for me in many ways, once even they drove a battery out to me when I was stranded down by the Coppertop Church.
Every now and then they don't carry something I need and I'm forced to go to a conpetitor, but I never want to.

Mediocre service, the equivalent of Walmart. Get the felling the employees don't wanna be their and don't want to lift a finger to help. Thanks

I ordered a starter for my 2002 Villager, and usually if a store has to order the part they want the price of said part before they order it. These guys didn't require me to pay for the starter before ordering it, which is the way it should be! Also they were the lowest price in Duluth...as always! Thank you, Autozone, I knew there was a reason I have been buying most of my auto parts from you guys since you opened a store down in Anoka.
