Not only did they have excellent friendly customer service up front but in the shop the guys know what they are doing and made my truck sound great with minor adjustments and very little dent in the wallet which is always a good thing! Wife wrecked her driver’s side door and mirror. Nothing salvageable.
They fixed a new door and mirror in a week! They found a door unit for her Audi Q7 2017 model with all the gimmicks and the matching upgrades, she has on her car.

“I am traveling from IA to MN, now ready heading to WI, I drove over a curb yesterday and heard a big scratching sound from the bottom of my car, today I found my car has some indicator lights on, all those things make me worry about my driving safety. So I search for Honda service in Duluth, then I found this one. The gentleman at service reception desk walked out and checked my car. He use his phone to take a picture under my car and answer my questions in the rain. I really appreciated all he did for me. I am not driving with too much stress now. Thank you.”

“While visiting Duluth on a very awesome family vacation, our alternator indicated that it was going to ruin our family fun on the second to last day of our trip. “Dave's Transmission was highly recommended to me. I thought I had a big transmission problem for my 1999 Suburban. I went to see Daryl and told him what I had been told the problem likely was. I was expecting big expenses.
Daryl plugged a diagnostic machine into my car and he said "You have 2 spark plugs that are acting up." He suggested I get the spark plugs replaced with a mechanic and that would solve the problems. I wanted to pay him, but he didn't even want to take money for the diagnosis. I insisted because I am from out of town. What a guy! Thank you, Daryl!!”

“I was having new tires put on my truck at Sam's. They said one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and they couldn't remove it.
I went to Brad's and asked what I could do. Steve told me what likely needed to be done, then checked with his crew. They were booked two weeks out. I'm leaving for Alaska next week and am driving my truck up and back. He was able to squeeze me in immediately and got it fixed in an hour.
I can't thank those guys enough.
We have had other work done at Brad's in the past. They will tell you exactly what needs fixing now and what to watch out for or think about fixing down the road. Their advice has always paid off. They look to do what's right.

“I called them about a concern I had with my engine. The owner had me stop by during his lunch break so he could work me in. He inspected the vehicle for free, even though I told him that I may not use his shop for repairs. He also offered to have a phone conversation with the shop of my choosing to help them understand and diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly.”

My right front hub was falling off, they took it in immediately, worked on repairing (replacing) the hub and rotors/brakes as well as the brake caliber. They took me to get lunch, kept my coffee cup full, and kept me informed as to status of of my truck. I’m tempted to drive the 298 mile round trip just to have my truck serviced there!!!”
“This place was amazing! They helped me out with getting me some tires on a day where it was insane (2 days before Thanksgiving if I recall).
They don't carry tires but called around to find some for me.
Without them, there is no way I would have made it home safely.”

I thought I was gonna have to spend way too much $$$ on a couple of new doors, but these guys said they could realign my doors and pop out the dent. “I brought a 2007 Ram aluminum driveshaft from out of town, and while Torey could not promise to have it done that day, he did manage to complete a rebuild and balancing of the driveshaft before closing. A great job, fairly priced and completed the day I dropped the driveshaft for repair. The work was explained clearly with an accurate estimate beforehand. And my truck now has no noticeable driveshaft vibration. Thanks!”
