Very good service from nice young man and owner Jarrow! Looking for specific type good, long distance walking shoes and they both were very helpful and I walked out with new shoes that were just what I requested!!

This place is awesome and very helpful! Shoe shopping is a nightmare for me as I have very wide feet and one foot is a 1/2 size bigger than the other, plus diabetic! The lady there, Tracy, was so patient with me and so helpful and helped me find the perfect shoes for my crazy feet. I've been trying to find a good fitting shoe for months and she was awesome! I found the perfect pair and so comfy! Thank you Tracy!!!

Yesterday, I was in town looking for track spikes for me daughter. We just happened to stop by here and couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the excellent customer service! They have the best selection by far and at a great price. I will definitely come here any time we need shoes and have already referred Austin-Jarrow to the track coach.

I have very narrow and flat feet. I have never been able to find shoes that fit me anywhere. Austin Jarrow actually had multiple shoes that fit me perfectly thaf has never happened to me before. Reccomend this place for people who need narrow shoes. They have some B width in mens and even 2a's which is men's extra narrow or women's narrow!

I tried looking online for shoes and the website pops up all marathon stuff. I use to buy shoes here all the time, the selection was never that good.
