AT&T service representative could not resolve problem where purchased Apple phone and watch cannot communicate with each other. We have been paying for services we have never been able to use.Seriously considering T-Mobile.

TERRIBLE customer service. I have a brand new Iphone 15 Pro that will not connect to their service. I walked into the store and got completely blown off. Told that this issue isn't their fault and not their problem I need to take it up with Apple. Mind you I spent $1500 on this phone with AT&T 1.5 months ago. I should have walked in and showed the issue and left with a new phone under warranty.I won't go into detail on the other events that took place because they do not pertain to AT&T. But none the less I am now 4 days into not having a working phone. With a new one on the way direct from Apple in another 3-5 business days.So Holiday traveling without a phone, terrible service and terrible attitude. I am half in my mind to switch back to Verizon.Beware you are just a walking money bag for them. They could care less about actually helping in the event there is an issue.

Fighting with them for 5 months to get an extra line that they added without my consent/on accident. Was supposed to be canceled removed has been a nightmare. Staff in the store always screws up and is a revolving door of people. I was almost getting somewhere until they offered me a $50 refund for a line I didnt ask for and cost me $175 in service plus an activation fee.

I had a very good experience with this store. My only change that would be respectful would be a one on one experience with an employee. I was bouncing around a lot between different people to get my phone upgraded. As a customer isn’t wasn’t the best experience.

Baylee is the best! Very kind and funny. Went in for a phone upgrade and then again to trade my old phone in - easy peasy. He’s super knowledgeable, 10/10!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Baylee! We came into the store after leaving T-Mobile and weren’t sure if we could trust another phone salesperson again. Well Baylee was so sincere and accommodating that it made the transition so easy and worry free. We can’t recommend him enough! Oh, he’s funny too!
