Customer service is lacking at the Woodland Ave (BluStone) AT&T location. My son’s phone basically died, so I needed to get a new phone so he could have my old one. We were there for over an hour and a half and mine still wasn’t fully set up. Had to leave due to store closing. Being a company that boasts about their data, WiFi, and internet speeds, the store itself doesn’t have stellar connectivity. The employee kept blaming everything on the poor WiFi. It took all night and Google to come up with a solution on updating iOS and transferring my old phone to the new one. Had to take time off of work the next day to go to a different location (Miller Hill Mall) to finally get my old phone set up for my son. The employee at this location that helped me was great, he knew what he was doing and offered great customer service. Hire quality employees that have excellent customer service skills and product knowledge, not just a body collecting a paycheck!

I stopped into the Woodland ATT to purchase an Apple Watch. The dude we dealt with was a douche. I was hoping to actually view watches on display mainly so I could interact with them to choose which one I liked best. They didn’t have any on display. The guy said “you’ll never find the Ultra on Display, it’s far too new and too expensive to be displayed and it’s really not for ordinary people” I’ll give him kudos that the particular model did have more apps than I would have needed, but don’t tell me I’ll never see them anywhere else either. Altogether he was just really short worded and could have handled his customers better. The photo attached is the watch on display at the store on Central Entrance, where I did end up purchasing.

The manager Charles was very rude and had bad customer service if he is there I would recommend you wait until somebody else is there he was very rude and I will not deal with him again

Stopped by the Woodland Ave AT&T store to inquire about purchasing more data for my phone because I used mine up too soon (podcasts in my car while driving) Not only did Justin look at my account and suggested I go with an unlimited data package, it turns out it will cost $10 less each month! What? Wow! When does that ever happen ??! I was so happy and excited that I went home and ordered a new iPhone!(out of stock in store) I love a great customer service experience! Shout out to Justin!

The worst experience. I would not recommend anybody to purchase a phone at this location ever. I purchased a new I phone at 9 am; right when the store open. I picked it up right before they close at 7 pm and at that time they were still unable to download icloud into the new phone. Not a single email or message to let me know they were having problems. I kept calling all day and was told it would take one hour, then 3 hours, then one hour. It was not acceptable. When I tried to cancel the transaction, again after 10 hours of them working apparently on my phone and them not being able to complete the transfer in 10 hours I was going to be charge $90 restocking fee. I explained to them that it was their fault; the phone never left the store. I have never had any issues transferring service to my new phones. I had to ask the associate to call the supervisor ( Alex ) twice which was the one that sold me the phone to credit me back the whole amount but he refused to do so or to speak to me. I guess they do not make any money on new phone purchases because when I told the associate that I would not do business with them again that's what he told me. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years but I guess that does not matter to them. Again, I would never do business with this location ever. I had to give it one star otherwise it would not let me post it. I would give it zero stars

Sara did a wonderful job assisting us with our phone purchase, explaining how to trade in our current phones, and answering all of our questions about our new service package. She provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
