I hired Serena to come out to my venue to do wedding hair for me and 5 other ladies and she did an amazing job! She was efficient, on time and communicated very well. It also held up incredibly well all night and I was dancing like crazy. She also taught me how to put my extensions in properly! Couldn’t have asked for anybody better to get my fantasy hair style for my wedding!

Serena is a fantastic stylist! I've been seeing her now for over a year and my hair has never looked better. Serena is extremely knowledgable about coloring and stays up to date one new techniques. When we talk about my hair goals she offers a variety of options to help me get there. She checks in at the start of every appointment to make sure we're still working on the same goals and she's always looking for the best way to maintain my hair health. I was also just in a wedding where the bride hired Serena and I was so happy with how my style turned out. She is friendly, professional, and I'm happy to be a repeat customer!

The ambiance and mood at Art of Hair on First is very much calming and reassuring. The stylists have an amazing rapport with each other and they keep it lighthearted. The salon is clean, bright and inviting and I don’t see myself looking for another salon anytime soon to cut my hair. I’ve recommended Art of Hair on First to friends for wedding updos and special occasion photo sessions and they’ve all been impressed with their professionalism and attention to the smallest detail. My God these girls are good! Never have I ever looked better and it couldn't have happened at a more perfect time... The day of my wedding! I'm a balding man who's proud of his garbage beard and they made me look like Prince charming. The proof is on my left finger cause she gave me a resounding "I DO!" after seeing the prime time job that Serena did. Love this place!The vibe checks out and the results smack.Deuces

I'm new to Duluth and was in need of a trim after letting my hair grow out for quite some time. I chose the Art of Hair on first for their good reviews, and they did not disappoint. Serena did an excellent job assessing how much needed to come off my ends and gave me a super even cut. She and the other ladies working there were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My daughter came to Dannae for a Hilex cut to bring her curls out. Wow did they! She only used one product that makes her hair so soft now. No more knotted up tangles and she can run her fingers right through the beautiful curls now! We are so pleased with this cut! Thank you!?Service: Haircut

got my hair cut by serena and i love it! i’ve always had my mom cut my hair and this was the first time i had been to a hair salon. best choice ever! serena was very kind, patient, and thoughtful. she always asked to make sure if it looked how i wanted. she was very attentive and informative! will be coming here for a very long time (:
