Just terrible. Had to wait around for 20 minutes for the shop to open because the owner was late. After I finally got in and placed my order (very simple name embroidery on pocket) I asked if it would be ready by the end of the day, she told me maybe that day but no later than the following day. I received no call so I went in 4 days later to find the garment on the front desk where I had left it when placing my order. She hadn’t even moved it in 4 days. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I took my untouched garment back and received no apology. My gift was ruined and late because of this lazy old lady.
