Dog poop in the room, the bed was the most uncomfortable ever, sausage and eggs, no potatoes, pancake maker was not working, the bathroom fan sounded as if it was going to fall down at any time, trash cans were still dirty from the quest before..... all for the discounted price of $600.00 for the weekend. I would never recommend anyone stay there, much less stay again myself.

We are loving our stay at AmericInn. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service has been extraordinary. Breakfast was hot and had a lot of great options. Bonus, the pool opens at 7! As a traveling family this may be just the thing to bring us back continuously!

I love the dog area in the back of the hotel. I left my coat at the hotel. They called me and shipped it to me. I was very thankful!

A very nice, clean hotel. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, no spa tub by pool. A nice breakfast is served also.

Overall great experience staying here. Rooms were very clean and smelled good. Ac worked in the room and stayed nice and cool. Breakfast was very good and hot. We needed a pack and play for our baby to sleep in and they brought up a nice and clean pack and play in a very timely manner. I would stay here again.Rooms: Clean, smelled good, well taken care of.

Definitely not worth $252 we pains. Walked in and the entryway and checkin area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Overall mild to moderately run-down. Rooms were clean with the exception of a couple of hairs in bathtub. Beds and pillows were comfy. Carpet fair. Overall smell was not great but tolerable. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast area was clean, good spread. but I was nervous to eat the food so I ate cereal. Coffee was horrible. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The bed felt like a cloud and it was everything I needed after unexpectedly getting a room at 2AM. That alone earns it 5 stars. The breakfast was running out an hour and a half after it had began, but we still snagged a few things.

Stayed here while our company chipsealed(road construction) hwy 53 in canyon mn area, hotel is really nice has pool, gym with 3 treadmills and vending machines, they also have a area up by front desk for shower stuff for sale. Breakfast is good also. Elevator for 3 floors friendly staffNearby activities: Miller mall is across the street lots of food places and coldstone down road..... gotta love ice cream in the summer.

Rooms were clean and the breakfast had a nice selection with an awesome pancake maker! Easy location outside of the hustle and bustle of Canal Park.

King single was stunning, great bathroom amenities, huge tv, huge comfy bed, parking is something to desire but other than that stellar hotel.

We have a dog, so are limited on places we can stay. We are very thankful they accept dogs, however it was odd the price was adjusted after I booked it and remarked we had a dog. It would be better if that was an option upfront while booking so people aren't surprised like I was. (Especially since there was no * next to "pets accepted" indicating additional fee).$200 is not a budget hotel in my book, but you get what you pay for and this hotel is very clean!Parking lot small. If you have a trailer call and ask about parking.Pet relief area nice with picnic tables so you can take your breakfast out there.Breakfast included sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, pre packaged muffins.Having the window screwed shut was a little concerning (See photo)
