Staff were friendly and I easily upgraded to a small SUV. I would have liked the return desk to be staffed to make a payment card change but it was not a huge deal. Nice RAV 4. Clean and comfortable.

Always friendly and helpful. There are other choices at this airport, but this one has the best selection.
