I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Sam the last two times I got a rental. He's friendly, efficient and provides great customer service! I've got my 3rd rental reserved and look forward to coming in again.

Staff were friendly and I easily upgraded to a small SUV. I would have liked the return desk to be staffed to make a payment card change but it was not a huge deal. Nice RAV 4. Clean and comfortable.
