Excellent care. Team of dedicated animal lovers. Be prepared to wait. We called ahead and advised when we’d be there when they asked, but if a room is not ready when arriving, there is a wait. Then could be another wait for vet exam after initial contact with associate to get vitals.
Really grateful we have this awesome vet ER hospital

Besides the long wait. Once we got in they took care of baby Bear who had poucpine quills around his face and in his mouth. They were very good and I am so grateful. Bear is doing better. Thank you to all the staff there.

Very professional. Took my dog in around 7pm for facial swelling when they had a rush of other cases. They triaged my case over the phone, gave me their standard exam fee before I drove down and asked me to wait in my car until they were done w a critical case. Waited for 1 hour and they called me to let me know a room was available. Everyone was very nice, respectful, efficient, and helpful even when they were slammed. Would not hesitate to come here again if needed. Thank you

Staff was caring and helped us with our visit. All the staff was good but Dr Hart especially took the time to be sure we understood what was going on with dog Tobi. Also took the time to explain some of the options and gave us solid details of his findings to take back to our normal Vet to help put together a plan for Tobi. If you need Emergency Vet care you won't do better elsewhere.

My French bulldog was diagnosed with acute hemorrhagic diarrhea syndrome and I believe if she hadn‘t been treated by Blue Pearl, she would be deceased. The reality of this World is that if you don‘t spend $$$$$, you lose your loved pets. I understand that…but we need a better World. The people were kind, informative and I am thankful I had a place that I could take Olive. Now, with that being said, when I picked my Olive up, the tech said it would take a few minutes to clean her up (as she had bloody diarrhea for two days). (?)..why wasn‘t she clean already? The day after I got her home, she was urinating bloody urine and in a lot of pain. After spending ANOTHER bill ($550) I find out that her bladder was filled with bacteria from the diarrhea that had gotten into her urethra (sitting in it for too long). This is not appropriate and I strongly state that changes to their protocols need to be made. I also feel that this company should offer a refund from my extra bill..people should NOT expect more harm be done when they are already paying thousands of dollars.

I am grateful for the care my little 12 year old shitzu received after he had his eye scratched/poked by a branch. I appreciate that I live within an hour of emergency care for my pets. The doctor was very thorough and did an excellent job of diagnosing and explaining results to me.

The whole staff was kind, compassionate, patient, and very professional. Dr Hart was very thorough and took his time to assess our English bulldog’s torn ACL/CCL. He is a very knowledgeable and extremely caring veterinarian. From the triage technician to the veterinary assistants, everyone was so helpful and informative. I didn’t get the name of the assistant who had to give our nervous (and stubborn) bulldog a sedation shot, but she was so very patient and extremely kind with our Romy?. Caleb (another awesome assistant) was absolutely amazing with our girl and took his time to go above & beyond. Natalie at the front desk was so sweet & friendly. Another front desk staff member had to deal with some hard patient situations and she was so professional in handling it all. As much as no one wants to have an emergency situation with their pet; if it happens, this is a place that will do their absolute best for your pet! We are truly appreciative of the whole staff.

My Breeder called ahead of time letting them know that one of her dogs is in active labor and the baby is backwards. They stated she can't be seen until 9am! That is 3 hours from the time she called. How pathetic is that. The dog was already distressed as well. I have issues with Blue Pearl at my location. It's impossible to get scene on an emergency basis. They are the reason my dog died.

My cat had an emergency and sadly passed away here. However they treated both me and her with the utmost respect. They were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. This allowed for me to have peace of mind while they handled her as well as after. thank you blue pearl. I may be very distressed after this sudden passing but you helped immensely :)

I brought my elderly dog here for her euthanasia on short notice after a severe drop in her health. The staff were able to help the same day I called, and were kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. Despite the sad circumstances of our visit, it was a good experience. Prices were fair, and we were given multiple options for her end of life care. They also provided a clay paw print and ink print upon request, as a set of keepsakes. My thanks go out to the vet, techs, and office staff for being a positive mark on the most sorrowful part of pet ownership.
