“I needed to rent a vehicle on the 15 of August for an appointment to Minneapolis on the 16th of August. I needed a van or an suv so I could bring my neices to the Mall of America after my appointment. I checked with Enterprise, Avis and they were asking over 300 dollars for a day trip. I then searched on Google and U-SAVE came up. I called them and they were able to get a van ready for me. I picked up within the hour. I drove to Minneapolis and back without any issues. The van was very clean, cold ac, very comfortable leather seats, ran and drove like it should.It had a DVD player. We watched movies in it all the way to Minneapolis. My neices had so much fun on this trip and thanks to U-Save. It also only costed me 78 dollars. I saved over 200 dollars. If you're looking to rent don't waste your money elsewhere.”
“I have rented from both U-Haul Storage and Five Star Storage in the past. Both times I have rented from Five Star Storage they have offered me Stellar service!!! Amber is a rockstar and deserves a raise in my personal and professional opinion.. I've never met her in perso, but she is phenomenal! The free 24 hour moving trailer that comes with the unit is super convenient. My unit itself is tripple secure with the front gate, climate controlled building enterance code and then my personal lock.. with cameras all over the place. They offer insurance also. Wonderful solution to storage needs!!!!!! 10:10 for real!

“Had a really good first experience here. Just went to get a new propane tank and get it filled up.. It went fast and the staff seemed friendly and helpful.Only 'con' was when I walked inside, there was nobody in the area and it took a brief moment to be helped. Not a big deal though.”
