“My back tire had a slow leak and with the weather, I should have known better? Tried to air it up at a Holiday station but the air hose was broken. I had to use the tiny spare tire, argh. So, the next day I called in the morning to Walmart and the guy who answered said it would be a couple hours, so I waited. I brought my Suzuki tire in, and right away the tech found two nails, argh. The young Men working were great. My tire got fixed and they even helped switch back the tires?I am grateful that it did not cost allot and thankful for the patient service.Thank You for having great service in the vehicle area?”

“I had a door ding that hit a couple spots on my drivers side back door. it didn't look like it had damaged the paint. I had one estimate for $450 and another at a PDR/Body shop for $1800( they said they had to blend the paint). went to Baileys got an estimate for less than $225 set up an appointment and they finished in less than 3 hours Including wash the vehicle. They said they could not guarantee the stuff would not be noticeable but I really can't see any damage at all. I would recommend this for your first stop on any PDR type body repair”

“Nothing but good things to say about them. Found out my tire was about to explode, and they helped me find tires in my price range which I needed all 4 replaced. I was visiting a friend in the area, and needed to drive back home out of state. They offered to come in on their day off to install all four tires so I could make it home. Ultimately that didn't happen because I brought my car in after the tire seller was closed. But they truly tried everything to get my car fixed asap. And were extremely kind. Not to mention in the Twin Cities I was quoted hundreds of dollars more for labor and parts. Great experience. “This review is long overdue. Life gets busy. Anyway a test of a true mechanic shop is when they stand behind their work. Its one thing when things go right, but when they don't that is when you find out who will stand by their word. Well that happen with my truck. My truck has been going there for a few years now as I'm quite meticulous about it as its 20 years old. Well on one occasion the truck threw a check engine light after a pretty major repair. So I brought back to Johnson Auto. They dived back into it and replaced the "knock" sensors. I picked up and went up the road not 10 miles and the same check engine light came on. Took it in again and they did some more work on it along with replacing the sensors one more time. Keep in mind none of this was charged to me. Sure enough a 3rd time and the check engine light came on again. I was about to pull my hair out. However Dennis assured me they will get to the bottom of it. Well they did as it was a a wire from those sensors rubbing on the transmission causing a fault. They rewired the harness and the check engine light has never come back. I have been to quite a few garages in town where one wouldn't even warranty a tire I just bought less than a year ago. That is nothing compared to the time spent on my truck trying to figure this out. So I'm indebted to Johnson Auto for fixing the truck the first time, then standing behind the work after three return trips.Services: Electrical repair”
