I went to the Auto Care Center to get a flat tire repaired. Kurtis was the staff member who I dealt with and I was definitely NOT impressed. First, he was on the phone for 15 minutes without even acknowledging me when I arrived and seemed to be in a disagreement with a customer. Second, I just wanted to know if my tire was even repairable. Kurtis wouldn't even take the time to look at it (in my trunk) insisting that I make an appointment for the next day. Third, the following day at my appointment, Kurtis informed me my tire was NOT repairable, but he priced me up a single tire and a set of 4 tires. My funds are extremely tight due to relocating last week so the 45 mile round trip could have been avoided if he would've taken 2 minutes the day before to look at the tire. I told him I'd have to check with my boyfriend about the new tire. He said he would wait for me to decide and proceeded to follow me while I was on the phone giving me NO PRIVACY at all, so I decided to pass on the tire at Walmart. With a rolling of his eyes and a snide comment saying, "OK, whatever I guess lady. What a waste of time"...I almost lost my marbles! It was MY time that was wasted by not having a proper customer service technician. It won't happen again.

Yeah, so I went to this location and I got an email asking me about my experience at this location, including information about what I purchased. I don't know how they got my email. But yeah, they track your location and purchases.

Crowded. They're redoing the parking lots also. Taking up most of the parking lot making it almost impossible to find a parking spot currently. Right before We Fest? What a terrible idea. Long lines in self and regular check outs. Prices are getting expensive. Dirty floors and shelves. Bathrooms are disgusting and most the women's stalls are broken. Usually out of many products. Fresh produce is very slim on options. Most workers at check outs are grumpy. The door greeters are fabulous. The electronics department never really knows whats going on. No one can really help with electronics questions. Pet section never got fish back as previously advertised. Automotive department is very unhelpful and rude. The overall feeling of the store is like you're supposed to hurry up and buy your stuff and get out of the way. It's lost it's friendly family oriented feeling and it's really sad. I feel like there are many improvements that could be made to this store location. The deli section has hardly anything in it for its pre-made sandwiches, rotisserie chickens, and pre sliced meat & cheese options. Deli section gentleman that work in the evenings are very rude and have a lack of care to serve customers. They actually act as though we are a problem when we need help. When you ask them for help they get offended, cranky, and rude. Same with the morning shift ladies who sometimes act as though my time is not also valuable. Acting as though their time is more valuable than mine and when there is clearly four of them standing there having a conversation and refusing to assist the customer. Then getting snappy and rude with the customer. Also the fact that it is very rude to have the secret shoppers or "asset protection" to follow customers around the store because they think that they are stealing or they are going to steal or they are going to do something. But to the point where it is uncomfortable to even shop inside your store anymore. Also the pick up department tends to miss a bunch of items on larger orders. Make sure to solve check your items everyone. Not impressed, you could do better.
