Dropped my mower off and was told they were 2 weeks out. 2 weeks go by, my husband calls and asks about the mower and the woman made a BUZZER noise and says " 2 weeks not including the weekend". 3 weeks go by, we call and they are waiting on a belt. We call again, and they say they will call us back ... No call back, no quote,horrible service and I STILL DONT HAVE MY MOWER!

Watch your receipt. This store, more than any I have ever been to fails to update its sales system when they have deals going on or close outs on items. Most recently the Father’s Day bucket sale got me. How you can have a special price on a specific sale, plus percentages off specific items and your cashiers don’t know about it, and the woman working customer service doesn’t know about it is beyond me. The sale placards are literally taped to the counter. Happens way more often than it should, like they hope you leave and don’t notice. I did and went back. Took them 15 minutes to correct the situation. The discount did not cover the trip back or my time.

Store is busy, and not as clean and organized as well as a typical Tractor Supply or Macs. They have a good selection. There are very few discounts here. Like the good selection.
