Used to be a good pharmacy but lately the new pharmacists have been kind of snotty. But the worst thing here is if you get damaged pills or a pill or two short. They will replace it but after they blame it all on you or kinda accuse you of something or both. It was a good pharmacy a few years ago but they changed and only one pharmacist is nice there

Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Nobody on the same page.Different story from each employee.We call ahead but get there an not done yet after being told it was. Or they just let scripts sit there an don’t fill them. Makes customer track down Drs. Bills things wrong Continually don’t keep the customer in the loop just do what they want you were expected to just calling guess about our prescriptions. Drs don’t like dealing with them. Their own staff talk at Thrifty White in the community about magement power trips. The no accountability attitude is shameful. They are losing customers at an alarming rate. I ask for Corporate number I’m told to look it up myself.Customers are told if they don’t like go somewhere else, absolutely did that. Reporting to corporate does no good they perfectly fine with the dishonesty. HomeCare chringes when they have to deal with rude lying staff. I will encourage everyone I know who goes there to find a different person place.

I am done with this pharmacy not only are alot of the pharmacist very rude they also lose my daughter's prescription. This isn't the first time it's happened I let it slide the first time. Today I went to get my daughters prescription filled. I called ahead of time because it takes them forever to fill it. The lady on the phone said that she had another refill to pick up. I said ok I will be in later to grab it. When I got through the drive through of course it was the rude pharmacist and she told me it wasn't ready( it's been about 3 hours ago that I called to have it filled) so it was going to be a wait. Then she came to the window with another gal and they told me she didn't have a refill until June. I'm very very angry. I called her nurse to see what's going on because my daughter cannot go 2 weeks without her meds. So hopefully my daughter's nurse was able to get it figured out with the pharmacy so I can pick it up tomorrow. Very unacceptable I'm switching to somewhere else!!! If I could give a zero stars I would have.

My wife and I had round one of the covid vaccinations today. The team in Thrifty White functioned like a Swiss watch. They were amazing! They worked like a team to move people through as fast as they could, yet still were kind and thoughtful! They also managed to take care of their regular non-covid customers, while dealing with the steady stream of vaccinations. They all need a raise!

Above and Beyond Customer ServiceRecently switched from CVS to Thrift White, and have been very impressed by above and beyond customer service. Especially from pharmacist Sam who went out of his way to help. Every person at CVS was also very kind but it seems like they were chronically understaffed. Since changing to Thrifty I have appreciated very short hold times when I call (less than 1 minute compared to 10-15 minutes for CVS), much faster fill times for medications, and overall better communication with staff about my questions.
