Some of the most rude service we've ever come across. My daughter was looking at a "friendship" bracelet and quietly commented to me "$25? I could go home and make this myself." One of the women who works there loudly commented to her "well maybe you should and start your own business!" My sister in law and I were each there with two teenage daughters who were very excited to shop there, but we promptly walked out of the store after her rude demeanor.

Great service. I found a pair of black jeans, some black boots and a skirt for a wedding. Prices are high but not for a city girl. Great selection of items.

A little ritzy for my taste buds. One pair of jeans were close to 300 dollars. Nothing I saw interested me. Great if you're looking for a certain style that only a few can afford to buy from.

Went a couple times but last time I went shopping there I must have been taking too long in the changing as the woman at the counter started talking about me saying "how long does it take to try pants on?" I was the only one in the store at this time so I thought that was rude. I ended up buying some jeans but I will probably never go into this store again. Price you pay isn't worth it when you feel like your presence inconveniences the people working there.

This store is really beautiful and in a nice location. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. I loved the selection of clothes and the range of sizes. It's a great on a Detroit Lakes shopping trip! Best part? No sales tax on clothing.

Went as an out of town first time customer and the employee was unwelcoming unfriendly and rude. Will never return. Clothes were unflattering and over priced. Left the store with a sarcastic "thanks for coming in", walked over to Maurice's next door, was welcomed with a warm smile, friendly greeting and spent a good amount on cuter clothes.

Was shopping for a dress for my baby shower today and after going to four different stores in town, I was leaving the mall with one dress I didn't exactly love... That's when saw Leela & Lavender. I totally forgot it had opened so I was excited to stop in! This store is BEAUTIFUL! I found two dresses, one more casual and comfy with room to grow and the perfect one for the shower- both very reasonably priced. All the women here were warm, inviting and attentive. I immediately walked back across the mall to return the unloved dress. Great selection of items. Definitely found my new favorite place to shop!
