“My daughter and I were traveling home from North Dakota on Thursday night and one of our tires flew off our truck near the O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Detroit Lakes. I walked into the store to ask for help and immediately the staff came out to help. We were 3 hours from home and thought we would be stranded as the first few places we called would not be able to fix the truck until Monday. The entire staff jumped in and started making calls to help us. They somehow found us a tow company, found us a mechanic, got us the parts we needed and the truck was towed and fixed in under 2 hours. They were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to get my daughter and I safely back on the road. Words cannot express how thankful we are for the kindness they showed us. They did not have to help us out of our horrible situation but they did. The employees of this store are amazing!”
