I don’t believe I have ever had a decent experience at this location. They are never open when their hours say. They up charge exponentially. The service has people running for any other store.

Awful awful service. Went in for a new phone, came out several hours later with all my families subscriptions messed up and then was charged an extra $600+ after I left that I didn’t authorize. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t gotten my money back or an apology. Ben is not good at what he does. Blames everyone else but when it comes down to it he is responsible for training his employees. Go somewhere else I promise it will be worth the drive.

We just sat there for 20 minutes per online opens at 11 Sunday morning it said it was open. Went to go in & a sign on door not open on Sundays so frustrating!!!!!

Great customer service! I stopped in for some questions about my plan after a not so great experience at another Verizon location. Benjamin was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He even helped me navigate my free banked TravelPass days. I will definitely go back when I need a new phone or anything else.

Save your time and go elsewhere. We stopped in for a phone upgrade that we had available, however Brooklyn chose to ignore us for over 2 hours while we sat and waited for her assistance. Her disregard for customer service and lack of product knowledge made for an awful experience. We finally just gave up and left.

Probably the quickest I’ve ever visited a phone store, was able to switch from AT&T to Verizon within 30 mins and was also able to get a new phone within another 15. 100/10 for sure.
