Absolute hit or miss with this location. It is Saturday, July 20th around 7pm and the store is closed. Just wanted to get my kiddo snacks for after dinner. If staffing is so difficult, shouldn't a few of these locations just close so the others can thrive?

This store is often closed during the regular business hours that are posted. I can't count the number of Saturdays ($5 off coupon day) that this store has been closed. This store is so poorly ran. Management needs to take accountability for this mess.

The older gentleman working was very polite and helpful after having to wait at the self checkout needing assistance. The female manager at the time was more interested in her phone call than helping him or any customers. The manager pointed to the older gentleman in the back to help us instead of doing it herself. Then she had to be asked by the man to help again to actually solve the issue. The female manager was lazy and unprofessional and it shows in how things look and are ran inside.

I did a order pick up and thought I would be off to pick up 12 to 1:00 pm but I couldn’t get there till just before 5:00 pm. They were closed with a sign on the door saying they would be closed for a few hours to unload freight. I called the store a few times which it rang and disconnected but was busy every time after that. I went to the store around 9pm thinking they would then be open so I could get my order pick up. They at first wouldn’t come to the door but said they were closed. Someone did come to the door and I said I had been there 3 times trying to get my order pick up. She said I had no order pick up cuz she would’ve been alerted. I showed her the pick up confirmation I got and she continued to be loud and deny that I had a order pick up and kept basically yelling they were closed. My pick up was sitting in a cart as I could see it and the things I ordered plain as day. My checking account was already charged. I assume she was a manager but to lie and be SO RUDE is beyond ridiculous. If your gonna close then change your hours on your website. Don’t post a sign stating a few hours and close your order pick up online.

Notes on doors says corporate closed us. No point to have a Dollar general on every corner if none of them are open.

Worst dollar general complete trashed no walking space , horrible costumer service . Everything is in the isles .. this place needs new management asap.. not worth a shopping trip ...
