Delano Floral is the best!! We just recently used them for my Daughter’s wedding and I have been raving about them for days!! Everything was absolutely gorgeous and Deann went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We will definitely be using Delano Floral for any future events!

Can’t say enough good things about Delano floral. The bouquets I’ve personally received from them are stunning! Additionally, I’ve stopped in multiple times to shop or pick up a last minute bouquet and they always have the best selection and a friendly face to assist you.
They also did the florals for our wedding and they went above and beyond! Meeting with the owner to talk through my ideas she made me feel so good about the experience and I left confident that every thing would be taken care of. The florals day of blew me away, they were incredible and matched perfectly the vision I had shared. I had given the team an idea of colors, textures and some photographs and they blew it out of the water. I still get compliments on how amazing the florals were a year later. Absolutely wouldn’t have worked with anyone else on my wedding day.

Went in to get some info on floral arrangements for a funeral on a Saturday and they had everything ready and delivered on Tuesday. They turned out beautiful. And they helped me save a good amount of money!Note: There were more flowers than the picture shows.

Beware of deliveries.. so I ordered $60 in flowers to have delivered to my wife’s work only to find out that the delivery driver left it at an unmanned door and if it hadn’t been for a custodian seeing them my wife would’ve never gotten them and they would’ve blown away I now I have three staff that can corroborate the fact that it was not left at the front door and the custodian who found it can corroborate that it was not left at the correct door and if a person is spending that kinda money the delivery should NEVER just be left anywhere. After reaching out to the floral shop she told me that she was inclined to believe her delivery driver who claims that she sat them at the desk.. my mistake I should have stayed loyal to Watertown floral but I didn’t.. won’t happen again

Paid a lot of money for loose flower stems, not even tied together. Some flowers weren’t that fresh any more and additionaly most of the leaves were broken off… so dissatisfied
