My son did an after school workout program at Crow River CrossFit before his basketball season started. The instructors, the level of workouts, and the results were outstanding! He felt motivated by beating his own personal bests each time and felt the level of instruction by the coaches were great. I would 100% recommend the youth programs to others. I am looking forward to signing him up for the summer program.

I started Crowriver Crossfit my sophomore year of high school and it played a big factor into getting recruited for soccer. It increased my speed, strength, agility, mindset to get better, my form when lifting, and more. My competitiveness has increased, along with teaching me my dedication to soccer. Crossfit is so welcoming and I would definitely recommend getting your kids involved at an early age. Because of this program, I am now playing division 2 soccer, and I am forever grateful for them helping me get to that point.

Crow River CrossFit is an amazing gym in Delano with awesome group training classes. They’ve built an amazing community of like minded people and the staff and coaching is second to none. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re considering a gym in the area!

I’ve been going for almost 2 months now. Definitely a huge change in my motivation. I was starting to get lazy going to the gym. But since I started going to CrossFit I’ve noticed I’m excited to go to the gym again. It helps to have a coach show you what you’re doing and how to do it correctly. There’s a great community and everyone is so nice. Have never felt any type of judgement. Everything has some type of modification if you can’t do a certain work out yet. Love it!

CROW RIVER CROSS FIT IS A LIFE SAVER!My body was soft, my pain and discomfort was daily. I was spending so much money on Chiropractic and Massage Theropy. Health issues plagued me...I knew I needed a life style change.I met with Travis and Alan, set up a personal training program, and I have not looked back since.My life has changed for the best; physically, emotionally, and my stress levels... you name it. I've changed so much for the better, my wife wanted to join, as well as both my kids (ages 10 & 12). WE LOVE IT NOW AS A FAMILY! We do personal training, kettle ball classes, XFit classes, and Taekwondo.The owners and members are great people, very down to earth, and truly care about you and your own personal goals. It's not a meat head gym, or a who's who. Go be yourself, set some goals, and these guys will help and encourage you to make it happen.

In over 3 years of personal training with Alan I've seen sigificant gains in strength and performance. But, the true benefits are being realized in my personal and professional lives. I have significantly increased energy. I feel years younger and have the energy and stamina to prosper as a father, husband and employee. Thank you, Alan!!

This C/F gym offers way more than just CrossFit. I highly recommend their Kettle Bell classes. The coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Coaches are so great with accommodating with injuries and with new members who are not familiar with CrossFit. They are so encouraging and confident in you! They offer a variety of classes and times!

Crow River CrossFit is an awesome gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and interact with everyone during the workouts. There are several different classes which are easily modified to help with all fitness levels. The coaches are very good at helping members determine what weights etc are best for them. I have been a member for over 10 years and the variety of classes and keeping workouts fun and different each time keep me coming back. I would highly recommend this gym.

I have been going to Crow River CrossFit for several years and love this family! I appreciate the coaches and their personalized touch to workouts where I may need to scale a move. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. Everyone is supportive of each other, the coaches listen and encourage us and there’s good variety in the workouts!

I was nervous about signing up for a gym, especially a CrossFit gym, but was very pleased when I did. All the coaches were very welcoming and encouraging. The other members are friendly and everyone always has a very positive attitude which has made it enjoyable each time I go.

I have not been in a gym for about 9 years. I appreciate the individualized training. Coach Alan has been great to work with as well as Coach Travis in getting me started again. Friendly gym, that focuses on the individual's health and their goals.

I love Crow River CrossFit! The coaches and the community are very friendly! I go to Kettlebell classes a few times a week, and I can tell the difference in my strength! Very fun and supportive community!

Crow River CrossFit has become a second home to me. I've been going for years. I love that CrossFit is do able for anyone and the coaches are supportive and that there is great camaraderie amongst the students. I highly recommend people give it a try.

I started doing CrossFit a little over a year ago at Crow River CrossFit. The coaches are awesome and the programming is challenging yet doable. The CrossFit community at this gym is also awesome!
