I am so disappointed in the conversion of self checkouts to express only. Some of us want to get in and out without the mindless banter and bag our groceries ourselves. Since I was forced to use the checkout lanes, I was treated rudely by a staffer who took a very long time to ring everything up and put my eggs ON THE BOTTOM of my groceries.
Will be driving out of my way to not shop here anymore as they don't give the customers an option for a decent experience anymore.

I love Coborn's. Warm and contemporary design, which adds to the shopping experience. Their selection of pastries and desserts is outstanding and always a treat.

Went in there and spent an hour trying to find exactly what I wanted. Even the sale prices weren't that great but I could live with it.
When I got to the register I asked what I needed to do ahead of time to get the sale prices. She gave me the impression I could easily sign up. So she rang everything up and it was full price. Then handed me the slip to sign up. Which would only help me the next time I'm in there. I left the stuff and said forget it.
I will not be back there. And with an overly complex sale system for already overpriced items I'm not sure why anyone shops there in the first place.

Always a clean store and product availability is always good. Grab your caribu coffee and go shopping. Oh if you can't find something there is always a friendly worker to help.
