The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”

It's flattering so why don't the Big Guys do this instead of stupid chatter about the weather?! “Amazing fraud protection, I am so incredibly greatful to this bank for notifying not even 5 mins after an attempted fraudulent purchase was detected, and due to the banks security their attempted fraud didn't even go through, not even 10 mins after the attempted fraud I was able to cancel my card and the scammers didn't get a dime from me, I cannot thank their amazing security team, fraud detection, and customer service representatives enough.”

“I am so happy that US Bank decided to put a branch in Mound. It saves me the trip of having to go all the way to Wayzata. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with other services, such as Notary or fax services. Doug helped me out today with one of theses additional services after cashing a check. The small lobby is always clean and bright. They offer complimentary soda, water or coffee if you would like a drink. Most often there is little to no wait and if there is, it is short. Time for a cup of coffee! It's great having these services in Mound!”
