Manager is very rude, she watches you walk up through her mirror and continues to sit there, I had to ring the bell for her to finally get up, she went back to get the mail but had to sort it still at 9am, she brought a small amount of mail which he always has a bag full but she said, "I don't know if he has any packages, I just started." I could also hear she was on the phone with a conference call, thats not our problem and I think the conference call should have waited, shes very rude...

The guy that works there is wonderful! He is nice and gets you in and out of the post office no problem! But lately with the new workers it’s been awful! They are disrespectful, and they don’t know what they are doing they locked my moms mailbox and never gave her a notice! Now we can’t get our mail my mom called to get it figured out n the lady told my mom she would unlock it and guess what it’s still locked after 3 days! She told my mom she didn’t know what happened so she would unlocked it! What a lie! I’m tired of these games with the post office! I WISH WE CAN GET MAIL AT OUR HOUSE!

The rudest employees EVER. Just RUDE. ALL OF THEM. I thought it was just our lazy mail person that was inept. But the women that work inside the post office are even worse! It's hard to deal with when our tax paying dollars pay your wages. Pure frustration just buying stamps. Sad for a small town, we are stuck with them for many years. They should be fired simply based on their attitudes toward the public they are supposedly serving. UPS is the friendly way to go.

Edit: The postmaster was understanding when spoken with directly, she clarified some of their regulations as well. Hopefully she can whip her clerk's attitude into shape. The postmaster is based out of this location for Crosby and the surrounding areas. For the past few weeks my mail has not been delivered. When this was brought to the post offices attention they said the mailman is not allowed to step one foot out of his truck if he can't get to the mailbox because of snow. Ok. But even after the snow was cleared away the mail still wouldn't show up and when it did it contained mail from six, SIX other addresses. Informing the Crosby post office and she took notes and said she'd tell the postmaster tomorrow but that we should call as well. Did that and was informed by the clerk without even hearing all the facts that the mailman couldn't get to the mailbox. NO. The road is clear and the snow has melted. Complete disrespect to the customers of this post office.

Can't even talk to a real person on the line. I was on there for 7 minutes just wanting to have customer service instead of a machine. Otherwise great service when going in person.

I'm new to the area, always had a P.O. box and not an actual mail box. The post office and staff were so understanding and kind about any questions I had. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. What a great group of people!
