at the Deerwoid location, located at Rutgers Bay Lodge, called to make an appt for a single nail repair ie replace a tip and gel, at first the person answering said they could get me in; then she talked to someone else who I assume was a manager (I could hear them talking) and all of a sudden they did not have availability too bad cause I am a really good tipper and would have been willing to pay at least half of what a full acrylic/gel appt was priced at
