Kwik trip was great to stop at Saturday morning on my way to work and bring breakfast for my coworkers.In the last month there's nothing in the Hot case at 500amVery disappointing.I now stop at the plymonth location where the hot case is fully stocked

This particular store doesn’t impress me. Really dislike the self check, and dislike it more when I have to use it because there’s no employee at a regular register. I have come to prefer kwik trip over others because of the service and they’ll always add a cashier to help out. This just feels like you’re moving the needle the wrong direction. And I’d say I can pass judgement fairly as I stop at a kwik trip store between St. Cloud and the twin cities for gas or food no less than twice a day.

First time I have ever been disappointed with all the KTs I have been to in MN and especially WI was this brand new one in MG. It appears to be poorly staff and/or undertrained staff that don’t seem to understand how KTs operate.

Love the staff and all the food options!!! Would give it a 5 star but their Karuba machine that makes espresso and hot chocolate is never works properly! Ugggh. Its broken or needs cleaning, emptying etc constantly. Someone needs to be in charge of it. Plus the whipped cream is always empty.. i know, sounds pathetic but dont advertise these things if they dont work

Hands down the best place to go for coffee. I will actually go out of my way to get their coffee way better than any other in the Midwest! Friendliest employees like the manager Jed make the trip very worthwhile! No need to go to the grocery store they've got everything here that you will need. The prices are also very reasonable and usually the price on gas is the lowest around!

Nice, shiny and new. Still finding it's place in this retail area. Gas prices are average most days. Food is kept up with in store customer traffic. Gentleman working early morning shift has always been pleasant my 4 or 5 times in. Didn't get his name, but very good at customer service. Haven't dealt with other staff much. The free air machine works and all buttons and dials work. Easy to use. Again it is also very new.

I was happily surprised to come across a Kwik Trip while out cruising around in an unfamiliar area. They have a few where I use to live but not where I've been living so it's been a while.Pros: The store was clean, it has a walk-in cooler, there's a wide variety of food, snack, and beverages, decent prices, well stocked, the pizza and pop I had were amazing, car wash (I chose soft touch) did a great job both with washing and drying, big parking lot, trash cans had plenty of room and none of them were overflowing.Cons: Size and layout of the [men's] bathroom, poor customer service from the cashier and no customer service from kitchen employee that was bringing food out. He could've at least asked if I'd like to check out what there was on the shelves he was blocking. I didn't even get what I originally went in for but didn't want to go back in after that as I felt like I was just an inconvenience to them.
